To talk with someone who speaks your target language and who wants to speak your language

I suggest you to find people that you can speak with : native speakers of the language your want to learn, your target language (the French language for you). Are you american ? Do you want to speak the French language ? I think that the answer is « yes », so I suggest you to find someone who wants to learn the american English, so you can do 1 hour of the English language and then switch to the French language for 1 hour.
